Says my account is ineligible to connect to ea

When I load into madden it says my account is invalid so I try to connect my Xbox to my ea account but it won’t let me because it says my clacking is ineligble

    @JothnathanR 

    We're not able to give out the email for the account. What you'll need to do is contact a live support advisor here so they can go through the account recovery process.

I'm only seeing one case on your account. What is happening exactly? Are they asking you the account recovery questions, but you're not answering them accurately?

    @EA_Aljo i created the account years ago and i cant access either email it could be not to mention ive moved several times since then so it could be one of many addresses and ive had different phone numbers so something is apparently not right along the way i also gave them purchase history of every EA product ive bought dating back to madden 18 with order numbers and dates pulled straight from my xbox purchase history but no one can help me still

    @Voorhees1323 oh also they told me to contact xbox support who also told me they cant help me and sent me back to EA

    I have changed my password and I’m still not able to connect. My account says I’m connected but madden won’t connect. I’m able to play other ea sports games like ncaa 14 on my ps3 just not madden on my ps4
