Says my account is ineligible to connect to ea

When I load into madden it says my account is invalid so I try to connect my Xbox to my ea account but it won’t let me because it says my clacking is ineligble

    We're not able to give out the email for the account. What you'll need to do is contact a live support advisor here so they can go through the account recovery process.

In that case, please follow the instructions in my previous message above yours. An advisor will try to get this resolved.

@EA_Aljo the link you send just sends me to a type in screen for which game I am having trouble with. Not a direct advisor.

    Choose your game and the platform. Then, fill out the rest of the fields and you'll be presented with options for contacting advisors.
