This keeps happening to me as well and I have almost 8 hours left. Every time I go into Madden 20 it says thanks for playing the trial but when I hit the app to play it, it prompts me before that I have almost 8 hours

RESTORE LICENSES
1. On the XMB (main menu of PS4), using the controller scroll right to the Settings.
2. Select the option for PlayStation™Network/Account Management.
3. Choose Restore Licenses.
