Scoreboard is disappearing during game (greyed out, on PC, online H2H)

Summarize your bug The scoreboard disappears randomly in the middle of the game.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The scoreboard disappears randomly. The only way to fix it is to call a timeout. However, calling a timeout does not always resolve the problem.
What happens when the bug occurs? The scoreboard becomes greyed out.
What do you expect to see? The scoreboard
