Community ManagerHave you tried it on another TV? That may help determine if this is a console or TV issue.
It started because the console got moved to a new TV. Sorry I haven’t been checking this thread.
@GOBIGRED375I'd guess that a solution might be found in the settings of the TV (and not in the settings of the game or the xbox). for me it sounds like there is set a wrong resolution when the source of the screen is the xbox.
hope that helps. good luck!EDIT: I assume I did not use the correct wording. it most likely is not the resolution, but the ratio of the sides of the screen (e.g. 16:9). I do not know the exact technical wording for (I'm not a native speaker)...
Sadly, I couldn’t find anything in the TV Settings to Fix it

We're not aware of any issues that would cause this. It really sounds like settings on the TV or console need to be changed to get the image to fit.
