Hello EA. I'm another frustrated fan with your Madden 15 game. This past Christmas I received Madden 15 for the XBOX ONE. I'm expeiencing a lot of the same issues with the game being interuppted with the Seahawks v Panthers intro. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a numerous amount of times, and have had to delete my franchise mode multiple times. Once I start a new one it works fine, but the minute I turn off the console it goes right back to the glitch whenever I try PLAY NOW mode or reloading my OFFLINE CONNECTED FRANCHISE. In efforts to try and fix this problem, I believed my disc was corrupted, so I decided to download the game from the XBOX One store, and it still did not work. That was a dumb move on my part, so I hope to be reimbursed for the online game that was $38.99. You guys need to get this problem fixed because a lot of people besides me are having the same issue, and games are not cheap. Please get back to me ASAP.
