Community ManagerWhich platform do you play the game on and are you on a wired or WiFi connection? Are you able to connect with a wired connection to see if it might be WiFi related?

A wired connection is where you plug an Ethernet cable directly from your router to the Xbox. I know for a lot of players it might not be possible because of where the console/tv location is and the router being too far away, but if it's possible to move the Xbox to the router just to test and see if it could be WiFi related that helps narrow down the root cause.

My routers right outside of my damn room and it’s always down so I know it’s not that.
