I am still having this problem, been having it for the last few months. Can't believe there hasn't been a fix for it.

Cant even finish a Solo game, Online game MUT 17 I receive the "our servers cannot process your request at this time" error message. I have restarted the PS4 Pro, reset my modem, unplugged the PS4 Pro I even added the the Ports to my modem still no luck. What the hell is going on??

First just try power cycling your console and router and switch between a wired and wireless connection.
