Servers down at Madden 21

Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which console generation do you have?
What is your gamertag/PSN ID?
Date/time issue occurred 10/20/20 556PM
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Face of the Franchise - QB1
Summarize your bug I keep trying to sign on, but get kicked off and given the error message EA servers unavailable. Does anybody know what is going ?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to face of the franchise click on one the career.
What happens when the bug occurs? Keep getting kicked off.
What do you expect to see? An error message in relation to the servers being unavailable.

Does anybody know why the servers are unavailable at Madden 21 headquarters? I keep trying to play my game but keep getting the message saying EA servers are unavailable anybody know what it going on? I’m starting to get frustrated.

    What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
    Which mode has this happened in? Franchise Mode
    Which part of the mode? Cloud
    What is your Franchise League Name? All Black Everything
    Summarize your bug Game keeps disconnecting from EA servers/won't connect. I have done a reset of the system and my router. No other issues in other or other servy.
    How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play online franchise. Game eventually disconnects.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Message from EA that connection has been lost. Game forces to home screen.
    What do you expect to see? Completion of game.
