Settings/opening scene
Whenever I open or log on to madden it makes me redo my settings and replay the opening scene. I have to do this everytime I play another game or open madden.
- ApprovedI contacted customer service and they told me how to fix it. If you have offline leagues you'll lose them, so I guess be careful. Press the menu button and click on manage game. On the right of the screen you should see your gamer tag on a file. Click on it and you want to delete it from everywhere. Then launch the game again, then after that point when you launch the game in the future you should not have any issues. I should have noted in the beginning I have an Xbox one and sorry for not using more technical jargon, lol.
