Setup 2 player game offline on XBOX

I am new to Madden 20. I would like to setup a 2 player game offline on one XBOX Console with each player selecting their own team.  How do I do this?

    Hey, @FinalOrder13 

    This is a few days late so hopefully you've been able to jump in with a friend already. To do an offline game you can go to Exhibition>Play now from the menu or you can even start up a Franchise and choose offline. Once you get to the Franchise screen you'll need to go to the settings section to "Manage teams." That is where you can add a second player and choose what team they need to control.
