Solo Battles Crash/Disconnect with Blitz Bo Jackson & Lamar Jackson Celebration

UPDATE : 22:23 (49 min after original post)

It happened again in solo battles after a lamar touchdown

The FIRST solo battle after the crash, i ran the last one of the week (the bonus one) - towards the end same crash on a lamar run (td) freeze and crash during the card art stat showing

I updated all drivers etc. in between the two crashes..

Still happening on PC. Been happening in challenges when scoring a TD with Blitz Bo Jackson. Just happened in H2H season super bowl. It's incredibly sporadic, and I'd forgotten until the game froize and I got screwed out of the win. Really needs to be addressed.

    Was hoping to have you walk me through a critical process of the freeze. Does it happen when the player is celebrating the touchdown?

      @EA_Blueberry Yes, always during a touchdown celebration. Freezes for a couple seconds then the game crashes to desktop.

      @EA_Blueberry Same thing literally just happened my first game of the week one thing I have noticed every single time it crashes I’m scrambling with Blitz Lamar Jackson non touchdown celebrations just normal run-ins.

        So with the thread coming alive again.

        I've found what seems to be partial fixes that reduces the chances of the crash.

        1. swap to Directx11 instead of 12
        2. Whenever Lamar (he caused my issues) has ANY celebration / stat pop up (x rushes for x yards for example) do NOT press ANYTHING.

        I went from 3+ crashes per week in solo battles to 1 last week due to me forgetting to not press anything during a celebration

        the first fix definitely lowered the chances of it happening as i managed 9 or 10 solo battles without a crash until i learned of the 2nd "fix"

        @EA_Blueberry The crash is a 1-2 second freeze followed by the game simply closing alt + f4 style, no warning, no error, nothing. As mentioned above these precautions seems to prevent the crashes.

        It looks like the issue has to do with (maybe?) specific players such as blitz lamar (in PUP) and ive heard about blitz bo jackson as well, during any sort of celebration, be it td's or whenever the game pops up the stat window showing they had x rushes for x yards
