I have noticed that if you restart the game between Solo Battle challenges, this issue does not occur, which leads me to believe it's related to how long the game is open or trying to complete multiple Solo Battles in a single game session. This has happened 4 times last week and 2 times this week. Looking for a solution or some help with this, as it's costing me 200,000+ coins every week.

i am getting dnf in madden 22 solo battles at least once a week did all troubleshooting steps recommended by support making the game unplayable utrace shows server dropped meaning its on your end can you please correct this i recommend if server drops they should let you replay the game i only play solo battles so this is making the game unplayable and since unplayable should be entitled to refund if you cant refund fix the busted game getting dnf every week even after troubleshooting steps you recommend and i look on previous cases of the same reported problem and the cases were closed by support stating no fix available please help me

Stop blaming our WIFI and start looking into fixing your crashes.I have like at least 10s of crashes on solo for a number of different reasons, most of the time it is an issue on graphics rather than anything elseYour game has a particular incompatibility with Nvidia 3000 series notebook GPU, despite having the latest driver. On a separate node, there is a lot of crash for me when using brandon marshall or the blitz player who has a dynamic card art, often when the player card was trying to show up in game after the player achieve a touchdown it will crash.I have raised numerous ticket with your support saying this is a bug and all i got is "oh please check your internet" ... So stop the * and really go digging ...I have also noticed, during the 18 game bug era, that if I got DNF due to game crash, you did not actually count that i complete a game, where if i actually quit, you do count that game as completed.(One of the week i have a DNF due to crash and complete all other game, i get on the leaderboard and find out that i was only counted as playing 17 games. Another week i quit a game myself and get a DNF and then on the leaderborad i find that i was counted as completed 18 game with 17 wins)You know what this means?This means your servers/game already are capable of differentiating unintentional DNF with user initiated DNF without any "technical limitation. " So if you just simply extend this function and stop putting DNF on the unintentional ones, this would be much easier thing to fix than you thought.But given how long you took to fix a simple bug on letting people played 18 bugs, i doubt you will actually spent any effort in looking into this. It is not technical, it is just a will, and simply EA Madden team lack the will for serving players right.

Yeah I put all MF and Blitz card back to a normal card art if I can. That solves my problem after I get 3 DNF with Brandon Marshall and 1 with bo Jackson.

Ok then it is definitely something incompatible with the gpu series.
i am running RTX 2060 super, never had a single crash with Madden 21 last year, but been having a lot of crash with Madden 22.

And just on Sunday i got an DNF due to game crash which I don't know the reason why ... but later on score board:
Again, this prove that your server already know that we didnot complete the game because of crash ... vs when user choose to quit themselves.
So to me it would be a very easy step forward not to mark DNF on game crashes.

Sorry for the late reply here, but:
QB is Power Up Lamar (the Blitz card and card art are displayed). I don't have Blitz Bo.
I'm going to change to DX11 and see if that helps, and also stop doing celebrations.

Try changing lamar card art to a non blitz card art, like the elite one. See if that helps.
