Summarize your bug For some reason, I was never given the option to play my fourth Solo Battles game for this section of the week. I am extremely disappointment because I am 5k away from being in the Top 100. I was only able to play 12 games instead of 13 due to this EA bug, and now I am missing out on 3 Touchdown Packs, coins, and more. Extremely disappointed. Any chance of a makeright?

Cant play my last game of the friday rotation. i talked to 3 ea live chat people and they tried to give me fixes but none of them work and they said it was a server issue. i would like compensation as i was gonna finish top 100 and now im not.
This also happened to me, make rights should be handed out because I was going to get legend but the game bugged out after playing my third game it said I had completed solo battles for the week but had 1 game remaining.
Any chance there’s been compensation for this? I just had this issue as well and can’t seem to get an answer
Won't let me post the video but same for me... second week in a row I'm held from max rewards... frustrating
@GarrettLehmanthis issue is obviously still there, after players reported it the first time months ago. I faced this bug twice. since then I try to exit the game (Madden) and restart it before I do the week's 12th game. since I do it this way, I did not see the bug again. but this might be just due to being lucky...
hope that helps at least in the upcoming weeks. obviously there are no make-rights planned for Solo Battles. if EA had to roll out make-rights for bugs in Solo Battles, they would have to do it every single week for a lot of players. there are so many other issues with this mode too (e.g. why else is Weekend League open almost every week now? yes, because the qualification via reaching a high Solo Battles tier does not work...)
one more guess: since players seem to be affected by this bug more often in a row as soon as they face it the first time, I was wondering whether it is somehow connected to the files saved in the cache. I've seen some other issues too in the game which appeared once and remain there since then (e.g. missing x-factors and abilities in some of the games, wrong OVR of players shown in this 'exhibition' popups during the game (e.g. after a TD), missing options during play calling in some Solo Challenges, etc.). I'd guess the game loads in some information from files saved in the cache folder in order to reduce loading times and to load in some information about previous games (e.g. camera settings, previous plays). maybe worth a try cleaning the cache on your device? but it is just a shot in the dark...
