Solo Battles Glitch (Not allowed to play last game) 3+ weeks issue.

@Neo_Novalis Not sure if it was a coincidence or what but I tried logging out then logging in to Xbox live and restarting the game before I attempted playing games 12 and 13. I was able to complete both games without issue.

Hopefully these tips will work for others.

@yearbys Thank you for sharing your observation! I also logged out after finishing the games from the Wednesday update and was able to finish all 13 games this week.

but yes, let's hope that it really helps, or even better that the promised solution will be implemented soon.

    @Neo_Novalis or any EA Madden Community Moderators,

    On PC. OMG I was only allowed to play 10 of the 13 game this week. This is way worse that the 1 DNF; this is like getting 4 DNFs. I wasn't given a chance to play the last 4 teams... Already pending review. YUCK...

    COME ONE MAN! This is my 6th Solo issue in the last two months. ARGH!

      @FriendlyFire1126oh no! ☹️ this is really a disaster! I think I can roughly imagine how frustrating it must be for you. I had 29 DNFs due to disconnects last year...

      if you were not allowed to play the last 4 teams: did you update the opponents at least once before the Friday update was released? in order to be able to play all 13 games, one has to complete at least the 4 'Monday games' and update the opponents once before the Friday update is released. otherwise the update skips the Wednesday teams and goes directly to the Friday update... (and yes: this information should definitely be available somewhere in the game. but unfortunately it is not ...)

      (by the way: I am just a gamer and not an employee of EA. I just try to use loading times between games to report bugs or help other players ... 😉 )

        @Neo_NovalisThanks for the reply. Does EA have support reps (direct employed/or contracted) that handle customer support on answers.ea.com ? EA really needs to have direct employed/or contracted customer advocates on there own forums. Helps with 'customer care'.

        Regardless, thanks for lending an ear and hopefully reporting the issue. I did chat w/ help.ea.com and have a bug ticket 70670565.

        In regards to not being able to play the last 4 teams; I completed the first 4+1 before Wed and just finished 6-9 Saturday night.
