unfortunately, a lot of players have been affected by this bug (incl. me, see link below). a solution has been promised to be implemented with the next large update.

I was also affected by this bug twice in the last 4 weeks but I was able to finish all 13 Solo Battle games in the last two weeks. what did I do differently? in both weeks I was affected by the bug I played games from both the Wednesday update and the Friday update in one "session" in a row. in the last two weeks I completed the Wednesday update at least one day before I played the games from the Friday update. maybe it is necessary to restart the game before playing the final Solo Battles?
what do you think? as I said above, I'm not sure whether it helps at all.

It’s happend to me like 6 of the last 8 weeks. Cost me the top 100 at least 5 times. But you may be on to something. I will try to play each set on the day they come out and see what happens.
