Solo Battles Glitch (Not allowed to play last game) 3+ weeks issue.

So far we're seeing promising results on the 13th game being available for players that were not able to access it before, which is what the team was aiming to address and what this post was originally created for.

In regards to DNFs, these are connectivity related issues we'll need to dive a little deeper in. I've requested UO Traces from people previously experiencing this to help determine what the root cause is.

Would you all be able to screenshot your UO Trace results and reply with it here so we can take a look?

The UO Trace tool is free to download from our Help site and will show how your connection is reaching our servers, show average ping time, ping variance, and packet loss. If you're playing on a WiFi connection, it's important to try and mimic that connection by running the trace next to your console from a PC or laptop. If your PC isn't in the same room, no need to move it that's fine. If you have a laptop we'll definitely want to move it into the same room you play in when the trace is being ran.
