Thanks for the reply. I have tried this a couple of times this year, but my problem is the EA servers tend to drop me without me losing my Internet connection after I first reload the game. It does not always happen, but it happens often enough that I cannot get through 13 games doing this method. So I have to reload and play a normal solo or two to make sure that I will not get a disconnect before I play the solo battle.
If I were just getting legend rewards then it would not be a big deal, I’m not the best solo battle player, but I do get between top 40 and top 75 when I can complete them all. So it is a difference of a couple hundred thousand coins per week that I’m missing out on by Not being able to play the 13th game.
I have been tweeting and looking for a workaround for a long time and was hopeful when they released the patch that they said addressed this issue, but it has continued to happen to me after that patch was installed and I can find nothing online to help work around it. The threads I found were closed and Refer us to that December patch, but the problem persists. Even after the most recent patch, it continues to be an issue. Before that patch it was happening to me every other week… One week I would get top 75, the next week I could not finish them, the next week I will get top 50, the next week I cannot finish them, then top 75, then cannot finish them...Since that patch I have only been able to complete one Week in which I got top 50. The past two weeks it would not allow me to play the 13th game again.

@BigMeanPossum I assume I can imagine how it feels for you facing all these issues. I had 29 DNFs in Madden 20 and would have been able to rank top 100 (sometimes even top 10) and lost about 9 million coins, I'd estimate...
on which platform do you play? if it is xbox or PS, power cycling (see below how to do it) your device might help as it often solves connection issues with EA's servers. at least I've read that it should help (I'm playing on PC).
a second approach might be to do a UO Trace to find out wheter there is problem between you / your device/router/modem and EA's servers. I copy a message from @EA_Blueberry in below when he tried to help me solving my DNF issues.
how to do a power cycle (taken from a post by @EA_Aljo): >>> unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. <<<
UO Trace >>>Do you have a PC/laptop by any chance so a UO Trace can be ran? It's a free connectivity tool from our website link below. Our Support staff can't help with those because of tool limitations. Usually when DNFs occur when game results are being calculated it's due to a de-sync that happens when exchanging the data. There is a loss of connection which causes the system to assume it was a disconnection from the user.

hope that helps. good luck!

I am playing on PS4, will be so glad when I can get my hands on a PS5 but that search continues.
I have done a power cycle several times with my router. I have not done a UO trace and I’m not sure how to go about Running one or what to do with the information if/when I can figure out how to run one. I will look into that, thank you.- Neo_Novalis5 years agoHero+@BigMeanPossum well, the UO Trace has at least given me clarity as to what it is. even if I can't do much about some of the DNFs, it feels better than being completely in the dark....
on the other hand, if the UO Trace does not show any issues, it might be worth further investigating the issue.
as a sidenote, I would really prefer if Solo Battles would be one-game-events and repeatable (if the connection is lost or one lost the game). if the Solo Battles are chosen from the very top teams available, that would really be a challenge. but I do not see why rewards should be linked to a leaderboard as long as disconnects and bugs have such a big impact on the leaderboard. and even if there were less issues related to bugs, having to play 13 games to get satisfying rewards requires a lot of time commitment. playing just one Solo Battle for 50 coins is not worth the time even thinking about it ....
