Summarize your bug I played all 13 solo challenges and was in the legend status. There was a bug that allowed players to play more than the 13 games and that messed up leaderboards. Rewards were paid out late on the 20th but I didn’t receive any rewards at all. I talked to support and they were helpful but said I needed a screen shot to prove I was in that tier.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don’t know.
What happens when the bug occurs? I didn’t get my solo rewards
What do you expect to see? I would like to see my rewards. I am not asking for anything other than what I should have received.

The attached picture is from last weeks solos and was before I had updated the next teams. As you can see I have over an average of 23k and I played all 13 games. That is a score of over 290k. I know I had in the 270k and was in the legend tier.
Same exact thing I’m dealing with. Dealt with EA help, they were zero help. It’s so frustrating to grind and not receive the rewards we earned.
