I play my 12th game, go to play my 13th and it disappears. The patch deployed a few weeks ago apparently did not take. Please look into this

- Were you able to get the 13th game since the last fix and now no longer getting it, or have you never been able to play the 13th game since the fix? This continues to happen about every other week, even after the patch that was supposed to fix it.

Again please look into this and if possible have some sort of make good. Through out my time with Madden 21 this glitch has cost me over 4M coins. And a glitch that has nothing to do with my gameplay or any form of exploitation/cheating. This is by all appearances a coding issue for a game mode that is either broken or poorly created. This week I was on pace for a top 10 finish and now I will most likely miss the top 100 all together.
Solo battles are what I primarily play in Ultimate Team and so when I invest the time to play 12-13 games, my expectation is that it works and I am properly rewarded for my time and effort. Taking the time commitment out of the equation, looking at the difference between a top 10 finish and the Legend rank, there is a difference of about 450K coins. By the MUT store coin to points conversion and ratios, that 450K coins comes out to ~$80 worth of in game content. That is ~$80 of content for 1 week. Scale that up to the 4M coins that I have missed out on since the start of Madden 21 because of this glitch, and we get closer to over $700. Hopefully putting this issue into real world terms and dollars can help explain why it is so frustrating when the game does not work correctly.
I am attaching an image that shows I am only at 12 of 12 games played but that there is not a tab to play the 13th game.

you are definitely not the only one who is affected by this bug after the official 'fix' was released (see the most recent report here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Solo-Battles/m-p/9989028#M9335; but there are others too in the longest thread on this topic so far: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Solo-Battles-Glitch-Not-allowed-to-play-last-game-3-weeks-issue/m-p/9652269#M4409).
I'm not exactly sure whether it really helps or whether I was just lucky then: for me it seems to work (i.e. to avoid this bug) if I do not play too many Solo Battle games in a row and restart the game in-between. I hope, you will not face this bug again. good luck! - 5 years ago@hags412 This final solo battle issue has been going on since early October. They claimed to have fixed it, but apparently they didn't. Not surprising. I was banned for 46 days and finally got my account back this week. I couldn't play the first 4 games due to the suspension but same thing on my final--this time the ninth game. Try to start it and get an immediate "This game is not available," message. Then the game isn't there any more. This whole release is a horror show.

@rjwil73unfortunately, there is not much to add to your assessment ... ☹️
but I'm wondering how many Solo Battle games you've played in a row before this bug occurred. since I've been doing what I described in my previous post (in the last paragraph) I did not face this bug again (while I had faced it twice in two weeks in a row before). I hope that this might be a workaround as long as the dev team is not able to solve it out completely.- 5 years ago@Neo_Novalis I believe I played 2 prior to the DNF on the last one, but my last one was the featured. I'll try to play each series...first set...next set...and 3rd set plus the featured and shut down between each set.

For the past 3 weeks the solo battles have been cutting off my last game. I was playing this morning before the usual 10:30 cut off time, after winning the 12th game, I went to start the 13th but a massage saying this content was unavailable appeared. I was no longer able to play my 13th game and my calculations were done for this week. It has happen with 2 of the regular teams and one of the featured teams. I've been trying to get in the top 100 but inwontbeven have a chance to if this keeps happening.
- Neo_Novalis5 years agoHero+@dlowreyclan unfortunately, this bug has been reported by a lot of players already. the dev team tried to tackle it with the December update but it is still there, obviously.
I faced this bug myself twice, two weeks in a row. to me the bug seems to be related to the cache and/or whether too many Solo Battle games are played in a row. for me it works (or at least I did not face the bug again when doing that) to quit the game (Madden) and restart it after my 11th game. other players reported that clearing/deleting the cache seems to solve the issue for them (the game saves (user-specific) information in the cache to speed up loading processes. if something corrupted is saved there, it might cause some bugs...). how to clean the cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

Just happened to me 3rd week in a row, tried what you said just before final game and still no luck, have complained each week and nothing back. Each week have missed out on top 100 due to not being able to play my last game so the missing coins/packs are racking up.
