Summarize your bug 12 wins, 12 games completed, but I can’t play my last game. I am in 53rd place, but with the 13th game it could get me to top 10.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea.
What happens when the bug occurs? It doesn’t allow me to play all the games.
What do you expect to see? It’d be awesome if I could play my 13th game.

@Bkelley333☹️ this is very disappointing, I know (I had 29 DNFs in Madden 20 and about 7 this year already). but frankly, if you faced this bug the first time now, I'd say you have been quite lucky so far. this bug is there for months now and has been reported by a lot of other players too (see link below for instance). the MUT team tried to fix this issue in an update early December, but since there are still players reporting this bug, it is not completely solved yet. the newest information I've read is that the dev team reopened the case and is further investigating this bug.
I'm not sure whether I was just lucky or whether it really helps, but since I do not play to many Solo Battles in a row but restart the game in-between, I managed to avoid this bug. I fear there will be no solution (or make-right for your DNF/missing game this week, but I hope you will not face this bug again, at least. good luck!
