What happens when the bug occurs? It doesn’t allow me to finish my solo battles which leaves me at a disadvantage
What do you expect to see? The legend rewards as I was one win away from it which I’ve shown j would’ve got it

☹️ this is very disappointing, I know (I had 29 DNFs in Madden 20 and about 7 this year already). but frankly, if you faced this bug the first time now, I'd say you have been quite lucky so far. this bug is there for months now and has been reported by a lot of other players too (see link below for instance). the MUT team tried to fix this issue in an update early December, but since there are still players reporting this bug, it is not completely solved yet. the newest information I've read is that the dev team reopened the case and is further investigating this bug.
I'm not sure whether I was just lucky or whether it really helps, but since I do not play to many Solo Battles in a row but restart the game in-between, I managed to avoid this bug. I fear there will be no solution (or make-right for your DNF/missing game this week, but I hope you will not face this bug again, at least. good luck!
