Solo Battles Glitch (Not allowed to play last game) 3+ weeks issue.

I'm going to get these details sent up to the team you've been relaying here, I'm really sorry you're being impacted. 

This is what we'll need:

  • Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
  • Platform you play on (PS4/XB1/PC)
  • Confirm completed games you played in Solo Battles this week
  • Screenshot of your Solo Battles screen with the team you are unable to play
  • Description (or video if possible) of what is happening when you select the 13th game

Please reply back with the above info so we can swing it up to the team for review.

Nolanlarson2216 PS4 I completed about 7 or 8 games and it will not let me play any more games after that it only shows the leader boards and rewards

    @nolanlarson69 ☹️ when did you start playing your Solo Battle games?

    if you were only able to play 8 games, I'd guess you faced this 'not allowed to play 13th games' bug, but also have either started to play the games or did the update too late. you have to start the first Solo Battle game (of the Monday update) before the Wednesday update is released (otherwise you will lose the opportunity to play the 4 Monday games). you also have to complete the 4 Monday games and do one update before the Friday update is out. otherwise, updating opponents skips the Wednesday update and you lose the opportunity to play these 4 games.

    if you have played the 4 Monday games (one of them before Wednesday) and updated opponents once before the release of the Friday update, you should be able to play all 13 games, in principle.

      @Neo_Novalis - just to clarify, you are just referring to how to avoid missing out on the set of teams in a given update, i.e. when you say "you should be able to play all 13 games, in principle," you mean "if you do not run into the '13th game' bug," correct?
