Hey, all.

If you're still being impacted by this where you aren't receiving the 13th game we'll need your Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID. Please reply with it and the platform you play on.

We're not seeing reports like we've seen in the past and this is either very isolated or the result of not qualifying for the 13th game due to not playing the other games prior to the cut-off.

i had it now 2 weeks in a row. last week it cuts me the last game and the week befor the last 2 games.
