We're not seeing reports like we've seen in the past and this is either very isolated or the result of not qualifying for the 13th game due to not playing the other games prior to the cut-off.

Description: After completing the 12th game, got a pending results message and haven’t had a chance to complete the 13th game for over a day. Upon return to Solo Battles, there are only two tabs - My Rank and TOP 100. As I’m currently 90, I have attached a screenshot showing that I’ve only played 12 and that there is no third tab enabling play of the last game. I will confirm I played five games Monday, four Wednesday and was only able to play three Friday.
This has happened multiple times to me and does not appear to be “isolated”

This week I completely shut the game down prior to playing my *12th* game and I was able to play the thirteenth.
I did not shut down after the twelfth and got the pending results error message after the thirteenth, but I was able to play 13 and my score looks ok so I am hopeful for my first top 50 in more than a few weeks due to this and other solo battles bugs.
The earlier suggestion to shut down the game completely before your 12th, and I would suggest 13th seems to work - suggesting a session/cache issue that was recently opined.
This is a clear bug that seems very easy to reproduce. Now where you, EA, prioritize resolving the bug may be a bigger issue than actually fixing it.
Well, Today I got my right packs for finishing 50th, but did not receive my S5 trophies or 160k.coins I’m not sure if not restarting before the last game affected something in the code or EA just doesn’t like me after being a customer since Jordan V Bird on my Apple ][e... guess I will have the luxury of trying to get my rewards through support since I clearly finished 50th...
at least the workaround is becoming clearer and I got the TD packs.
Great catch @Neo_Novalis! They are indeed in there. So I did get all of my rewards even though it appeared to potentially hang after game 13. The key to avoid getting shafted appears to be to shut down madden before playing game *12* - the one before the last one.
