Summarize your bug Two times now, I have been in position to be in the top 100 rankings. After finishing my 12th game, with one remaining on the final set of opponents, the game went to "pending results" when I did not have a chance to play my 13th game. This has resulted in incorrect rewards, as I would have ranked this week especially (285,000+ battle score with a game remaining).
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the second to last opponent of the week in solo battles, and then try to play the last game. Before you can even select the last game, the event goes to "pending results."
What happens when the bug occurs? Pending rewards screen / event finished notification comes up as if the game was played, when it wasn't.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play the last game every week - and ideally, get the top 100 solo battle rewards for this past week as I would have ranked easily.

Summarize your bug Solo Battles ends before I'm allowed to finish my 13th game. It just moves to a pending results screen and then when you go back in to the menu after a few minutes the opponent listings are gone. This is the second week in a row and we were guaranteed a Top 50 finish as we had already won the first 12 games decisively.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play 12 solo games and then attempt to play the 13th game. We were denied the opportunity to play the final game. You've received notifications from other players with the same issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? No option to select last opponent. Just the Top 100 and My Rank tabs remain. Despite your picture request, there is no way considering opponent screen is gone and the record is not shown. We can see our points though.
What do you expect to see? I'd like the issue to be explained and fixed. I want to have the ability to finish my Solo Battles and receive the same opportunity to better my team through gameplay. Right now players that are allowed to play all 13 games have a clear advantage which is just not fair. I'd also like to receive the rewards from the tier I would've finished in if I was allowed to compete in the correct amount of games. This seems to be an on going issue based on reports you've been receiving for months so this shouldn't be to hard to make right (by fixing the issue and compensating the players' affected). It's just as simple as providing good customer support.

Imagine you finish the 3rd opponent of the solo challenge for that session and instead of having the last opponent left to play, you don't have the option to select the last team. Just the results screens and the realization that you would get a higher ranking if you could play your last opponent. Extremely frustrating considering we were top 50-75 @ 12 wins and now outside the Top 100 because other players are allowed to play ALL 13 games. Please fix this issue or send the rewards we would've earned if we were allowed to compete the correct amount of games. Thank you for your time.
