Solo Battles Rewards and Wins Update and Next Steps

Hey Madden Ultimate Team Community,

Earlier today we received reports from players that they did not receive their Solo Battles rewards and some players were able to play more than 5 games in Solo Battles for this week. As part of our investigation into the issues, we had to take Solo Battles offline.

Our teams will be turning Solo Battles back online shortly, but in order to address these issues, we will need to do the following:

• End the current Solo Battle Event
• Grant the remainder rewards for last week's Solo Battle Rewards to players that have not received them
• Start a new Solo Battle event for this week

Note: When the new Solo Battle Event starts, players will have to replay the games for this week in order for their progress to be counted for this week.

For players that have already played games in today's Solo Battle Event, they will receive rewards based on their Battle Score Tier. In other words, if you scored 126,000 points, you will receive rewards from the Star Tier. Top 100 will be excluded.
