Summarize your bug Solo battles 1st issue. 2-19-2020 Rank did not update. Battle score was 214,000 rank showed All-Star 2nd issue 2-21-2020 rank still shows All-Star. Battle score shows zero. And the remaining 4 games ARE NOT available to play. Upsetting because I have invested over $2000 in packs for this game.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Restore battle score. Correct rank. Restore remaking four games to play.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get very upset
What do you expect to see? Game bug omissions restored.

I just logged in to see that my battle score was zero as well.  I noticed last night that I had over 200000 (mvp) with 4 games to go but my rank still was at all star.

Please look at the picture to see the difference of my battle score vs where I should be at 

• Similar issue in my games the scores are not accurate I scored one td for 5 total points, the computer scored 2x for 24 points... 12 points per td. Third game messed up this week about to quit mut bc it's always messed up. Why is it so hard for EA to have a game that plays correctly

I have the same problem My sore is 260000 but I’m in the 150000 category how do I fix it

I knew something was wrong when it stayed that easy even after beating several more games. I took a screen shot. I was at 22k plus now nothing.

I have this problem as well. I am at all star but I have achieved 219k battle score. Please look at the image.
