Sons account wont connect MUT
my sons account which in a family member PSN account and has his own ea account wont connect on MADDEN 21 was never an issue with any other madden. Anyone know how I can fix it?

Madden 21 for ps4 specifically I have it for Xbox also and works with 2 accounts fine
I’m having problems on my Xbox. On my main account I can all game modes except mut and my back up account I can everything. Don’t know what’s going on.
