Sons account wont connect MUT
my sons account which in a family member PSN account and has his own ea account wont connect on MADDEN 21 was never an issue with any other madden. Anyone know how I can fix it?

@bmloder8 Same issue. 1 son's account is fine. Mine is fine. My other son cannot access online content in Madden 21
EA fix this junk. My sons account is a minor account under Origin. The problem lies with associating HIS minor origin gamertag with the PS4 account he uses. The PS4 account has a secondary email I didn't use (since he didn't have email). That email is associated to his PS4 gamertag.
HOWEVER, that email is associated to a parent account for his EA gamertag since I needed to do that to obey by your ridiculous minor setup which doesn't a separate minor account with an email (unlike every other security paradigm).
So, EAou need to make a way for parents to associate a minor origin account (which has no email) to a PS4 tag instead of trying to use the email.
I submitted a bug report to EA #64476983. The security model in other EA games works fine.
If memory serves correct, I had to login to those with his Origin account. I surmise Madden 21 is trying to link EA and PS4 accounts by email address without giving a login option. Origin child accounts do not have an email address.

Looks like that is a different issue altogether. The issue here is with MINOR accounts. I can play fine, but my sons who have MINOR Origin accounts cannot. As you can see from the thread, others are having the same issue with MINOR accounts.
Yeah I just created another psn account for mine still used his ea account and it works so its def on playstations end although they won't admit it
