SOS Madden 20 Ultimate Team challenge not loading

Madden 20 Ultimate Team challenges is in the loading spinning state forever on Xbox One console. Please help!

    Hi there, @98012penguin.

    Try going to the Team Visuals screen and resetting them to default for players and coaches. If that doesn't help, try using the best overall lineup. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
