Squads games don’t launch PS4

I try to play squads and it will get to a loading screen that makes it look like I got a game, but it just sits there.  I’ll usually get a loss, and sometimes, it will rarely connect.  I have no issues with any other modes

needless to say, I can’t get past rookie and it’s costing my trophies and packs.

ive done everything suggested by EA Support.  Opened ports, static IP EVERYTHING.  This is costing me major loot.

I need this fixed!
