Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? well, frankly, if you do not know this bug already... every player in Madden tournaments makes use of it!
What happens when the bug occurs? stamina recovers miraculously
What do you expect to see? stamina level stays the same during playcalling

one can easily refresh stamina of all players during playcalling by switching between formations without selecting a formation. this glitch works for both offense and defense.
I uploaded a video to youtube that shows this glitch. at the beginning of this video (i.e. directly after the previous play after doing some plays in no-huddle-offense) most of the players have low stamina levels (shown by yellow circles in the 'formation' tab). I do not select any play or formation but just run through different formations. you can see that over time all players replenish their stamina (blue circles).
it is really weird that players are allowed to cheat (in every mode!) just by quickly switching through different formations. I do not see any argument that justifies that changing the formation should contribute to faster stamina refresh. furthermore, this glitch leads recently introduced abilities on stamina refresh or losses (e.g. 'Recuperation') ad absurdum...
but honestly, if this bug is not yet known by the dev team... well, I can't imagine that because for ages it has been used by all players in official Madden tournaments streamed via twitch...
