Steam early access

I bought the deluxe edition through steam so should have 3 day early access.

It says release 28th on steam. I downloaded origin and linked my steam account.

I am in Australia so origin says the game launched at midnight my time (over 8 hours ago) but when I click to play on origin it gives me a steam popup saying "This game is not yet released. It will be unlocked and available for play on its official release day."

I emailed steam support who told me to contact the games support team.

How do I redeem early access?

    Hey @bigjono24. 

    Have you had a chance to try playing Madden again recently? The early access period should be up and running now. Let me know if you're still having trouble starting it up.

    Hey I just got the deluxe edition dlc on steam. I had already pre ordered the base game a few days ago and decided to get the 19.99 dlc in hopes to be able to play today. It is still telling me I have to wait until the game is released to play. Does the dlc not grant early access?

    Hey @Xxfury7xX, 


    The Deluxe Edition upgrade wouldn't grant early access, I'm afraid. You would have had to have preordered the Deluxe Edition or the MVP Edition to get the 3 days early access, unfortunately.
