Strategy Pad

Hi, When I disable the "camera toggle" option (turn it to off) in the settings, it says that that should enable the strategy pad controls however this is not the case!  Anyone have a fix for this.  I have only played solo challenges in MUT and have read that this issue is exclusive to solo challenges.
