I have a brand new ps4 and I have deleted and downloaded madden20 over 3 times and its still not going anywhere. I payed my money to play a game and the same problems I face today I had 2 titles ago this is unacceptable. I just want my money back please

Were you able to fully install the game? Is it a disc or digital download and have you checked to make sure you have enough free space on your PS4? If it's a physical download, try disconnecting from the internet until the installation is completed and reconnect. We've seen some others have success for download errors on PS4 for other games as well. Sorry to hear about the trouble you're going through, let us know if you still need help!
