Stuck in loading screen for xbox one

Hi, just purchased the game about hour ago. Finished installing the game and went to play. I get through the PRESS ANY BUTTON and get stuck on the following screen with Cam Newton with "HIT A TO SNAP...

    turn OFF your xbox and UNPLUG it for a good 30seconds and connect it back. It should work. 🙂

I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled game. Didn't work. Power cycle xbox, modem/router and that didn't work. I understand that there are some issues when game launches, but no reason why I shouldn't be even to play a PLAY NOW mode game. On the second install, got a update for madden so did that and still didn't help. Just posting what I have tryed to no success.
