Stuck on loading screen !

So an update has completely broken my game . 

Been on with two different chat advisors, spanning two hours.(Case 35852270) Tried numerous trouble shooting attempts. (Restore license, safe mode rest, safe mode system update etc) Can anyone here help me ?

I logged on today and found there was a title update. It downloaded no problem, then I tried to start game, and, it will not go past the initial screen.

The game is bought through the ps4. When I click on it, the initial screen comes on, but, the white squares (that blink. Denote load up) do not appear. After a few seconds the screen will flash black, and, then appear back on the Brady image. The load will then begin, but, it won't go past this .

One advisor offered me two gold player packs ... I don't want anything , I just want to play the game I payed for....Actually I want the two daily harvest tokens I missed out on today !!!
