Yeah my comment also got deleted earlier in the week.
I told people that setting a task to run in realtime can make life difficult for your PC outside of the use of the game and that EA shouldn't be recommending that to it's customers.
On one hand, I think I would caution outrage from PC users, as backlash from PC users could easily result in EA just reverting to consoles only, which we don't want.
On the other hand, I don't understand how EA allows this to happen and as customers I think it's absolutely fair to expect more from a product or service that we have paid for.
Do they not test their product on any number of different machines? The only way I can see that this happens is that they don't test the game on all different specs, which is quite unbelievable considering the size of their operation and the resources at their disposal.
