Stuttering no matter what i set the graphics to

i'm having stuttering and choppy audio in game, the menus work fine most of the time but even they stutter on occasion. I've tried lowering the graphics settings down to the point everything thing is...

Having the same issue for a few weeks now. Entirely unplayable at any level. Disappointing to see it linger on and on.

Refunded for now, will keep up with this thread going forward.
