Stuttering no matter what i set the graphics to

i'm having stuttering and choppy audio in game, the menus work fine most of the time but even they stutter on occasion. I've tried lowering the graphics settings down to the point everything thing is...

Changes have been made which should resolve this issue for at least some people.

Can anyone confirm the issue is resolved or partially resolved please?
