I finally got a Ryzen 3700X to upgrade from my i5 6600K and the game runs fine now. The 6600K should not have had that much of an issue with the game however. This and obviously a new motherboard were the only changes from my previously posted setup if this information helps isolate the problem to a cpu/motherboard issue.

No change either.

Most of us have four CPU cores. Maybe the quad-core is the problem.

Frame rate is ok but audio stuttering is still happening randomly throughout the game. It rears it's head whenever crowd and announcers get excited at the same time. Wasn't an issue in 19.

It's so annoying. I played Ultimate Team Draft and it stuttered like always but in the last minute suddenly the game was frozen again for 20 seconds instead of 3 seconds as usual and my CPU Usage was permanently at 100%. I got an error message and ended up in the main menu again. Actually, I would have won the game but now it is counted as lost.
Please fix the game! I want to play Madden 20 so smooth like Madden 19.

Same here. The only fix that worked for me is to always go to the task manager and set priority to real time, everytime when I launch the game.
Please fix this.
My specs:

16GB Mem Ram
GeForce 1060 3GB
Windows 10 Home

Patch didn't fix anything, still have very high CPU usage with audio and game stutters.
