6 years agoThanks for getting back. Was curious if it would at least make it more enjoyable for you while it's been getting looked into by the team. I've seen other forum users experience performance issues when they had a lot of external hard drives or other types of hardware (ex: Oculus) attached to the system.
A new update has been released on PC. Can you all try jumping in and let us know how the game is performing for you?

@EA_Blueberry I can confirm that even with the new patch and updated Nvidia drivers that dropped this morning, my PC is still crashing. Audio still very choppy as well.

- 6 years ago@EA_Blueberry it completely freezes my PC where I have to use the power button to shut down and restart my PC. Madden 20 is the ONLY game I've ever had this issue on.

Let's try this:
- Right-click on the desktop and go to the Nvidia Control Panel, then set all those settings back to default.
- In the Nvidia Control Panel and under your PC Power Settings set it to max performance
- Right-click on the game in Origin and select Repair
- Within the Madden main menu, visit settings and lower the graphics down to the lowest setting and try playing. Let's gradually increase it over time to identify which in-game setting results in crashes.
