@EA_Blueberry I can confirm that even with the new patch and updated Nvidia drivers that dropped this morning, my PC is still crashing. Audio still very choppy as well.

For clarification is the PC crashing or the game client crashing? Do you get a specific error?
- 6 years ago@EA_Blueberry it completely freezes my PC where I have to use the power button to shut down and restart my PC. Madden 20 is the ONLY game I've ever had this issue on.

Let's try this:
- Right-click on the desktop and go to the Nvidia Control Panel, then set all those settings back to default.
- In the Nvidia Control Panel and under your PC Power Settings set it to max performance
- Right-click on the game in Origin and select Repair
- Within the Madden main menu, visit settings and lower the graphics down to the lowest setting and try playing. Let's gradually increase it over time to identify which in-game setting results in crashes.
- 6 years ago@EA_Blueberry I was able to get through a full solo battle game without crashing once. It was still very choppy and using 100% cpu usage at all times. This is not an effective long term solution at all. My PC should not struggle with console ported game such as Madden. My PC can run a lot of games on ULTRA settings with no issues but I have to run Madden on LOW everything and unplug my second monitor just to play a game.
