@EA_Blueberry So did try removing all of my other controllers except the 360 one (I have 3 other input devices for flight sims), got through a whole game again.
Still needs to be set to real time (not an acceptable long term solution).
In the process of doing this, I first tried just removing only my throttle input, and that had some pretty wacky effects on joystick input and made the menus unusable. Seems Madden doesn't play nice with PC setups with multiple input devices. I have many many other games that manage this just fine, hoping this gets addressed, unlike BF4, where it apparently never was.
