Stuttering no matter what i set the graphics to

i'm having stuttering and choppy audio in game, the menus work fine most of the time but even they stutter on occasion. I've tried lowering the graphics settings down to the point everything thing is...

Is it Madden or Origin showing up with high CPU usage and do you use MSI Afterburner?

@EA_Blueberry It is Madden.exe that is showing up with high cpu usage. I do use MSI Afterburner but I had it disabled when I ran the game last time
