Stuttering no matter what i set the graphics to

i'm having stuttering and choppy audio in game, the menus work fine most of the time but even they stutter on occasion. I've tried lowering the graphics settings down to the point everything thing is...

After the last update of NVIDIA (436.15) , the game is stuttering again, even setting game's process in Real time
