Its been so long since we even got an update, its pretty ridiculous customer service
14 pages of comments and over a month since the last update from an EA account, like are they even working on this or just pretending the issue doesn't exist?
since two months i only play the franchise mode on rookie, cause everything else is not even playable with all the stuttering of graphics and sound....
my Computer is build with
Intel Core i5-7600K (3,8GHz)
16GB RAM (DDR4)
NVidia GTX1070
and Madden is installed on an 1TB M2 SSD
i´ve also reinstalled the game,started it admin rights, changed in Task Manager to Realtime, reset the 3D Settings, all the stuff that "should be a solution" ... installed all the new updates... but nohing... maybe its better a play Madden19 again...till, hopefully, Madden 21 is a better piece of software =/

My theory is that it's a Denuvo issue and either not something that EA can tweak in-house, or that fixing the performance would somehow weaken the DRM.
This may very well be wrong, but with no feedback from EA, we're left to wild speculation.
so as far as EA didnt fix it with new patch for me worked out setting realtime priority in task manager on madden 20 and deleting origin web helper from porceses

If anyone else bought the game using PayPal, file a claim. I just got an email yesterday saying that PayPal ruled in my favor and I got a full refund! EA have shown their true colors since Madden 20 on PC has launched, they really need to lose the exclusive rights to the NFL.

@marcosmars313 If you are talking about what I mentioned, here's the step-by-step to "improve" the issue (it does not fix the game completely, and doing this along with other things does not improve anything so I have all the settings maxxed out and just do this every time I start the game)
As mentioned, this dramatically improves things but doesn't solve it unfortunately. The constant stuttering should be solved, however at every snap there will still be some jittering. there will still be huge lags on-screen while the game soars over the stadiums during the intros and moves along like a slideshow before finally jumping to the field, and at random intervals when selecting a play the game will still skip and the audio may cut in and out. Also, it does not "Save" so you have to do this each and every time you restart Madden20.
As someone mentioned getting a refund on Paypal, I'm going to proceed with seeing if I can do a chargeback on my credit card. I don't want this broken game that they clearly aren't going to fix, I just want my money back and I will stick to Madden 2008 where I could make custom teams, players, and pretty much everything this game removed so they can re-add it next year as a "new feature". This is experience combined with the Sims 4 has really tarnished my view of EA. I wish someone else would make Dragon Age because I don't think EA can manage to produce a single good game anymore.

I'm assuming they locked my account but to be honest, I don't give a f*$+. I mean I bought a 90$ game that hasn't worked properly since launch, haven't kept the community updated on progress etc. That in my books is failure to deliver a product suitable for retail sale, when there's a massive issue like this, they have a responsibility to get it working in a timely fashion. A month and half in with regular season heading into week 3, is not getting the problem rectified in a timely manner. Honestly they did it to themselves and if they lock accounts do to people holding them accountable and getting refunds for an unplayable product, then I might just have to bring that up with the better business bureau.
New patch 1.14 supposedly out people. I doubt anything changed. Can anyone confirm?

I don't think EA will be developing Madden for PC anymore after this debacle.

I've been playing FIFA 20 the last few days and that game runs fine, on the same PC, using the same Origin settings. FIFA also uses the Frostbite engine and I presume the same DRM as Madden 20. Madden 20, on the other hand, still runs like a grandma with a bad hip. Which leads me to believe the stuttering and audio problems are bad programming on part of the Madden team.
Blueberry- it' might be about time you poked your head in here and said something...it might be time to hand out codes for console versions to everyone in here on top of allowing people to keep the PC version as well ( in hopes that it will be fixed at some point)
