Stuttering no matter what i set the graphics to

i'm having stuttering and choppy audio in game, the menus work fine most of the time but even they stutter on occasion. I've tried lowering the graphics settings down to the point everything thing is...

The update notes can be found here. The team was unable to make any specific changes to PC performance per this update, but still has this on their radar for a future update.

we bought the game in early july, we expected to play the game last year! nfl season is almost over you bunch of scammers
