Stuttering no matter what i set the graphics to

i'm having stuttering and choppy audio in game, the menus work fine most of the time but even they stutter on occasion. I've tried lowering the graphics settings down to the point everything thing is...

The update notes can be found here. The team was unable to make any specific changes to PC performance per this update, but still has this on their radar for a future update.

@EA_Blueberry In case you haven't been keeping up on current events, the NFL season is nearly over. This product was left in a demonstrably broken state on the most common CPUs used for gaming PC builds over the last 10 years for the entire effective life of the product.
